Is fiber foods are essential for our body?

Foods are essential to fulfill our appetite and if these foods are nutritious than these are better for our body and health also. We know that food contains six types of an element such as carbohydrate, protein, fat, mineral, salt and water which we learn in our childhood. However, the fact is fiber foods or various parts of fiber foods, which are not included with that essential element of food items; rather, we could not afford to watch its impotence with tiny way. From every side and dimension, those fiber foods are called or decided to call as directory fiber foods.
In the normal sense in our stomach, there is no enzyme to digest those or such types of fiber foods. And for this indigestion capability of our stomach there a question can be raised that in these fibers, foods are essential? However, answer would be later athirst the thing came out that is the question is totally absurd. Because those parts of foods which are not digested in our stomach, these are parts of carbohydrate. That food carries essential calories and energy for our body though it contains such especial importance as of their prospects. This is a main condition for our good health.
Benefits of fiber foods:
At first, these fiber foods help to absorb some watery parts to keep holding and assist to get out with our stool. And for that, our stool would be pliable. It also assists to prevent the constipation. For many days if any one suffering by constipation while it would effects in our mind and creates an obstacle in our daily work. As a result, the concentration on any work is troublesome and this constipation creates hesitation, anxiety, over swatting and aside a notion will be pressurized in the centre of mind while the suffering person would be thought that he or she is suffered by strong diseases.

Especially plants are the origination of various types of fiber foods. Plants and herbs which provide vegetables that is most of the side contain more or less fiber parts in their plant’s parts. Eventually, in vegetables were a lot more fiber food elements exist. For example, in the vegetable side, especially from coolly flower, capsicum, tomato, cabbage, pea, etc. are the main origination of fiber food from vegetables.
